Bruce Spurr

It is with great sadness I have to report the loss of one of our members.

Bruce Spurr aged 87, died peacefully on 1 November 2011.

Bruce served with XI from 1948 - 1950 as a pilot flying the Mosquito followed by the Vampire based at Wanh, Wunstorf and Celle.

One of the Associations staunchest supporters we last saw Bruce at our Reunion in London in September.

The cremation will be private and donations have been requested not to be made.
